Overview
This section helps you to get familiar with key DB tools features.
Authenticated users can access TAFJ DB Tools. Therefore, username and password is passed as parameters to DBTools. User access to DBTools is created using a file tUserMgnt.bat or tUserMgnt.sh. If there are three unsuccessful attempts, the user gets blocked. The blocked user cannot be used further until the user is reset with a new password or it is deleted or recreated.
TAFJ DBTools provide the following functionalities:
- Execute SQL statements
- Execute JQL statements
- Execute OFS statements
- Execute JED application (edit and modify record)
- Extract data from database to file
- Load data from file to database
- Show current locks on database
- Release locks on database
- Display statistics on table
