Core Library and Principles

Unified UX (UUX) is an initiative to ensure a consistent and good user experience across Temenos products and services. UUX provides a library of standalone web components, which are technology agnostic, portable and can be readily used in any framework. All Temenos Explorer user agent plugins must be developed using UUX web components.

The core library components are derived from Google’s Material Design system, enabling developers to readily build usable and accessible applications. UUX also provides additional web components that:

• Support common patterns, such as dashboards and menu buttons.
• Make the rich HighCharts JS available (licence conditions apply) (Refer to High Chart for more information).
• Support as business components that can be reused across different user agents to provide a consistent user experience.
• Generate a low-maintenance, simple UI from a OpenAPI (Swagger) definition.
