Overview

This section provides a brief introduction about debugging JBC routines in Temenos Transact.

The facility to debug JBC routines is available since TAFJ was launched and adoption of Eclipse as IDE for JBC developers. The basic functionalities include setting up breakpoints, scrutinizing and changing variable or expression values and so on. These features are available only when you launch the main program from IDE.

You can debug the Temenos Transact browser only by launching BROWSER.LISTEN. This program processes the messages posted in the browser queue and everything else is similar to a normal JBC program.
