Auditing

SRMS 2.0 is enabled for auditing. It generates business events whenever service request records change from one status to another in their life cycle. The EventStore MS stores all these event data and provides an API for auditing based on user ID and appropriate date range. SRMS 2.0 is bundled with that API through which a bank user can see changes to an SRMS record state as an individual audit with the accurate data-time stamp.
