System Maintained Files

The following files form a part of the module. Each file is meant for a specific purpose, and information at various levels are held in different combinations.

Working with System Maintained Files

The system maintained tables are:

Table	Description
`MD.SCHEDULES`	It contains guarantee and date wise schedules of all Miscellaneous Deals (MD).
`MD.SCHED.DATES`	It gives a list of all guarantee wise and principal movement dates of all MD.
`MD.CUSTOMER`	It gives a list of all MD of a particular customer.
`MD.BENEFICIARY`	It maintains customer wise list of MD beneficiaries.
`MD.BALANCES`	This file records all the principal movements of a particular `MD.DEAL,` along with future charges to be deducted and a summary of the charges associated with the `MD.DEAL`.
`MD.PART.CSN.BALANCES`	When a deal is entered with participation and commission is recovered as END type, this file is built. Details held are the deal reference, deal currency and commission break-up participant-wise. For each of the participant, a multi-value set is built showing the accrual with details such as start commission period, end commission period, commission amount and tax amount (if any). On completion of a schedule, the details are written as past start date, past end date, past commission and past tax if any for each participant.
`EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES`	Balance file that contains the details of consolidation key and asset type wise balance Principal outstanding amounts in product files and any related amount fields such as accrued interest, charges and commissions. Current and historical details are maintained in this table. Information is held currency wise, asset type wise and date wise balance as well as consolidation key. For each MD contract, a unique `EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES` record will be updated. This will hold contract currency, balances by asset types, daily movements for each asset types and Consol key. This file is updated by core accounting process at authorisation level.
