Transaction Rules
Transaction Rules is a transaction (Soft) Property class used to apply the payment to the drawing arrangements under a facility when a combined payment is made at the facility.

Property Type
There are no property types associated with this Property Class.
Balance Prefix and Suffix
The Transaction Rules Property Class is not associated with any balance prefix and suffix.
Attributes
The following are the associated attributes:
Advance Payment Method
Specifies how the repaid amount is applied to produce future scheduled bills in advance. The allowed values are:
- Full - Repaid amount is eligible to settle future scheduled bills only if it settles the entire bill amount
- Partial - Repaid amount is eligible to settle future scheduled bills even if it settles a partial amount.
Application Order Specifies the order in which multiple bills are to be processed. The allowed values are:
- Oldest First - Order of processing starts from the first bill.
- Oldest Last - Order of processing starts from the last bill.
Application Type
Specifies how the allocated payment is applied on the drawing arrangements based on the below options. The value in this attribute must be a valid record in AA.PAYMENT.RULE.
- Activity – Payment is made towards the specified activity. Payment Rule Activity indicates the respective activity.
- Balances – Payment is made on the current balances of the arrangements.
- Bill Property – Payments made to due amounts is property wise (such as Interest Property and Account Property).
- Bill Date – Payment made to due amounts is date wise.
- Pay in Advance – Indicates the amount that should go into the UNC balance.
- Advance – The payment amount is applied on the arrangement, current balances of interest, account properties and advance due balances for charge properties. The system raises future bills with the SETTLED and ADVANCED statuses in advance. It can be set only for the PAYMENT bill types and valid only for DUE payment method. The Property must belong to system calculated payment types and any charges. It is valid when a bill is in ISSUED status.
Balance type
Specifies the sequence in which the balances need to be settled.
Advance Payment Restriction
Specifies the payment restriction for Advance payment received. The allowed values are:
- NULL - Advance payment received settles the current bill and also creates and settles future bills until the amount is utilized.
- BILLED - Advance payment received settles the current bill and the remaining are handled by the reminder activity.
- 1 to N - Advance payment received settles the current bill until ‘N’ number of bills, and the remaining are handled by the remainder activity.
Periodic Attribute Classes
The Transaction Rules Property Class is not associated with any periodic attribute class.
Actions
Individual AA.PROPERTY.CLASS.ACTION records control the Product Line it is associated with. The Transaction Rules Property Class supports the following action:

Accounting Events
The Transaction Rules Property class does not perform any actions that generate accounting events.
