The Swift Property Class captures the contractual details and the terms and conditions of the Guarantee/ SBLC undertaking.
Product Lines
The Guarantees Product Line uses the Swift Property Class .
Property Class type
The Swift Property Class uses the following Property Class types:
- Dated - The product condition contains an effective date of the product condition in the record key which varies by date.
- Tracking – Property of this class can be defined as TRACKING, CUSTOM.TRACKING or NON-TRACKING in the product definition.
Property Type
There are no property types associated with the Swift Property Class.
Balance Prefix
The Swift Property Class is not associated with balance prefix and suffix.
Attributes
The following are the attributes of the Swift property class:

This is an optional attribute of the Swift Property class and is used to capture the Guarantee/SBLC terms and conditions. The user needs to multi-value this text field when multiple lines need to be input in the SWIFT attribute.

It is a mandatory attribute and is used to specify the pre-defined codes that hold the details of the governing law under which capacity the Guarantee/SBLC is issued. The valid pre-defined codes, as per SWIFT 2021, for this field are:
- ISPR
- NONE
- OTHR
- UCPR
- URDG

This field is mandatory only when Applicable Rules set as Othr, else input is not allowed for this attribute. It is a text field used to capture the narrative clauses when the predefined code is Othr.
