Introduction to Asset Transfer

The workflow for Asset Transfer is described below:

The two broad sections are Physical Scrip Request and Scrip to Scripless transactions. The Temenos Transact functionality is leveraged to provide an integrated workflow which comprises of security transfer, vault management, delivery processing and security blocks.

Introduction to Bond Rating

Ad-hoc holiday refers to holidays, which are declared suddenly in a country due to various reasons such as typhoons, heavy rain forecast, political instability, sudden demise of national leaders, other natural calamities, etc. The result of such holidays is that any processing of banking transactions has to be moved to the next working day or the date announced by the government. In certain cases, if user tries to input transactions, a blocking message will be displayed to the user.

Introduction to Relationship Management

The relationship manager (RM) in a bank primarily deals with customers (either retail or corporate) and advises them on various banking and financial products and services offered by the bank. Each customer will be mapped to a relationship manager. When the RM is transferred to another branch or resigned from services or moved to another department within the branch, the RM will be replaced for the customers and underlying customers and accounts.
