Introduction to Telephone Banking - Syntellac
Members do their phone banking through IVR interface. Members login to Interactive Voice Response (IVR) using their 16-digit member card number (PAN login) and password (PAC). The member card PAN gives them access to all of their membership accounts created under the umbrella of the member’s unique CIF.
