Introduction to Broker Management

This purpose of this user guide is to explain the functionality and steps involved in broker commission in the Canadian Model Bank.

The intended audience for this document are bank staff, IT administrators for parameters, and business analysts. It is assumed that the reader of this document is familiar with the navigation around Temenos Transact and is familiar with the Temenos Transact customer, accounts and agent product line.

Financial institutions has an ability to sell IT products via brokers or agents for commission basis. To achieve this, the broker commission functionality has been introduced.

Financial institutions sell its products via business from brokers or agents for which a percentage of commission will be paid for the brokers or agents.
