Introduction to Relationship Manager Change

The relationship managers are assigned to various customers and they usually are the single point of contact for the customers.

The relationship managers can change for customers due to many reasons like the account officer resigning, transfer of the officer to another branch, etc.

In this case, the existing customers serviced by the officer need to be reassigned to another officer. This must be done in a manner that is seamless and does not affect the banking experience of the customer.
