Introduction to Judicial Blocking (Bacen Jud)

The JD Cabins CCS-JUD was created to meet, in an integrated way, the determinations of the central bank related to the customer registry of the national financial system (CCS) and to the system of assistance of the requests of the judiciary power (BACEN-JUD).

Central bank established that all financial institutions must, through the CCS, inform the relationship of their clients. In the scope of the CCS, the customer is defined as any person (physical or legal) with which the institution maintains a relationship of BDV.

In CCS, people who have amounts receivable, due to the payment of commissions or brokerage services, are considered clients, as well as people who presented values as collateral for other operations, as an example.

To facilitate integration with legacy systems, rather than creating a single legacy system view, JD proposes creating views for BDV(Bem, direito e valor (good, right and value)).

Bacen Jud is a communication tool between the judiciary and financial institutions, with technical intermediation from Brazilian central bank.

This system replaces the paper craft for requesting information (existence of accounts, statement, balance and address), blocking, unlocking and transfer of values.

It seeks automation, agility, security and economy without usurp the magistrate's decision-making assignment.
