Deposits
In Customer Management, the bank staff (administrator or a role with necessary permissions) can view the applications that were submitted or started by the respective customer. If the application was started and not submitted, the administrator can resume the application on customers behalf and submit the application upon receiving the consent from the customer.
From the Customer Management search result screen, click the Deposits tab. The Display tab contains the following subtabs:
- Started - Displays the information about the applications that were started but not submitted by the respective customer. The information includes application ID, application type, date when the application was created, and current status. You can click on the resume icon of the required application to navigate to the application and submit the application for approval.
- Submitted - Displays the information about the applications that were submitted by the respective customer. The information includes application ID, application type, date when the application was created, date when the application was submitted, and current status.
You can use the Application Management link to navigate to Journey Manager Workspace to view the status of the applications submitted for approval. To know more about Journey Manager Workspaces, refer to JM Workspaces.
