Entity Selection Multi Entity
This feature allows customers with multiple entities to use the self-service channel application through a single digital profile. A Multi-Entity customer is someone who has digital banking for entities in multiple regions. If virtual users have access to multi-entities, this multi-entity is also applicable in business flow.
To sign in, set, and view the multi entities, the user needs to have the following features:
- The user must have access to Digital Banking.
- This feature is available to both retail and business users.
- The user should have been enrolled/ enabled to multi-entity sign in with a single digital profile.
- The system will assist customers in accessing multiple entities by allowing them to sign in to the self-service channel with a single username and password on the Login page.
- For a selected entity, the user should accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed further.
- The user should not set the entity as the default.
- If the user selects the Entity as default, the entity selection option is disabled for the user on subsequent sign in.
- New features and actions must be created in the spotlight to set the default entity preference in Profile Settings.
- The user submitting a request under a currently selected entity should be persisted in the same entity MS or Transact based on the integration, this is supported by passing the entity ID.
