Send Feedback
Use the feature to send a feedback for the business banking application. You can rate the application with help of star ratings based on your experience with the banking application.
Providing star rating is mandatory to submit a feedback. The star ratings range from one star to five stars where one star indicates the lowest and five stars indicates the highest level of satisfaction. You can also add comments along with the star ratings. Maximum character limit is 1000 characters. This is optional.
Along with providing a feedback, you can also request for any feature or service from the bank. Click Add Feature Request and describe your requirement in the comments section below. The comment section has maximum character limit of 140 characters and minimum characters limit is 10 characters.
Click Submit to send your feedback. On the Acknowledgment screen click Done.
Survey
After you submit the feedback, the application displays the acknowledgment screen with a link to take a survey. Click Take Survey if you want to answer the survey questions about your banking experience. The application displays the Survey screen.
- Enter the relevant answers to questions and click Submit.
- The application displays an acknowledgment screen showing a consolidated list of questions and the answers that you gave
- Click Done.
