SME Account Origination

The SME Account Origination journey is a process where a business user applies for deposit products such as Current accounts. The Onboarding journey generally involves various stages from creating a deposit application to submitting the application, and then up to creation of a new account. Thus, the Onboarding journey of a business user can be categorized as follows:

• Origination: The Origination part of the Onboarding journey includes creation of a deposit application by a business user till submission.
• Temenos DigitalAssist: The Temenos DigitalAssist App of the Onboarding journey involves bank users who process the submitted loan application.
• CSR journey in Spotlight: A Customer Service Representative (CSR) can process the application on behalf of the customer through the Customer Service Representative Temenos Digital Assist feature. To know more about the CSR journey in Spotlight click here.

SME Account Origination

SME Account Origination supports the following work flows as shown below, which provides a high-level understanding of the user journey.

• Prospect Customer with Related Party: This scenario applies to a prospect customer with related party who wants to open a new account with the bank. The following flow diagram illustrates the Origination app flow in this scenario.

  

• Existing Customer with Related Party: This scenario applies to an existing customer with related party who wants to open a new account. The following flow diagram illustrates the Origination app flow in this scenario.

  

Resume Application

This scenario is applicable when a user quits the application and can resume an application to complete till submission. The following flow diagram illustrates the Resume Application flow in the Temenos DigitalOrigination app.
